Returns & Exchanges

At TuffStuff, we stand by the durability of our gear, but if your fit isn't perfect, we offer easy returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to get your return in transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
